Straw yellow with greenish hues, the bouquet is aromatic with hints of fruit such as white-fleshed peaches and wild flowers. The taste recalls all the sensations on the nose.
This wine goes well with fish or shellfish, either raw, steamed or fried and is excellent as an aperitif!

The low-lying Fossa Mala vineyard hails from the Friuli Grave DOC where the large stone (Grave) dominate the terrain of alpine river enriched soil deposits
Each of the low lying 37 hectare vineyards are planted with 7,850 vines specially chosen for quality wine production.
The modern wine cellar exploits the year’s hard work in the vineyard where a production philosophy utilising steel and oak has married tradition to the best in modern wine making techniques
