An elegant and vertical 100% Pinot Noir wine. The sip is vigorous and enveloping.
The nose shows hints of yellow plum, papaya, golden apple, cedar and bergamot. Jasmine stands out on the flowers, followed by chamomile, hawthorn and white rose. Chalky mineral, typical hints of bread crust and yeast. Retronasal of sage and wild mint.
In the mouth, it is fresh and savoury, with an extremely pleasant perlage.
